Our Story

My name is Allister Young and I am a proud Yawuru/Yamatji man, raised on Arrernte country.

My journey and passion began at a young age when I would help Poppa carve pearl shell into jewellery and spent many hours fossicking for gemstones and minerals around Australia with my Dad.

In 2011, I graduated as a fully qualified craftsman after finishing a Manufacturing Jeweller apprenticeship and have been fortunate to learn and flourish by working alongside some incredibly talented and innovative craftsmen.

Combining their knowledge, my skills, passion, inspiration from my cultural heritage and dads endless collection of gemstones, I continues to put my heart into every piece I creates.

2018 saw the beginning of Forever Young Jewellery and during 2019 I moved back from Wurundjeri country to Larrakia country - Forever Young Jewellery has been thriving ever since!
